You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building a healthy sales pipeline in collaboration with Business Development Managers and the Senior Sales Manager. What You’ll Do : You’ll be the kind of person who : Lead Generation and Pipeline Growth Develops new business through localized marketing, outbound calling, email outreach, and social media engagement within assigned territories Conducts research in market territories to identify new opportunities and key buying influencers. Builds relationships and nurtures new business leads through effective communication and follow-up Works closely with the Regional Managers and Business Development Managers to develop and grow a qualified sales pipeline to support quarterly revenue goals. Sales Support and Data Management Follows up on inbound leads and performs qualification to ensure fit, timing, and need. Maintains accurate data for new and prospective clients in the CRM (ideally Salesforce). Ensures all interactions and communications are logged, tracked, and updated in the system. Prepares and analyses sales pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership visibility. Market Engagement and Strategy Identifies market trends and decision-making drivers that influence schools’ purchasing behaviour. Leverages insights to tailor messaging and position the company’s solutions effectively. Supports the wider sales team in campaign execution and leads nurturing initiatives. Requirements What You Bring : We’re looking for someone who has : 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales, ideally in a SaaS or EdTech environment. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or the ability to learn quickly). Dependable, smart, communicates well, mature, and long-term. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage educators and decision-makers. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deliverables on time. Must have attention to detail, follow instructions well, and communicate consistently A proactive, high-energy mindset motivated by targets and passionate about growth. Must be results-driven and comfortable being measured (emails, calls, follow-ups). 80% Email 20% Calls. Ability to build rapport, not too pushy, must focus on relationship selling since they only deal with schools. An understanding of the Australian school system is a plus.
