Field Sales / Project Sales

Qualifications Assess and improve the sales order and customer service processes.

Analyze and report on sales order trends and utilize the information appropriately.

Assess and improve the sales order and customer service daily and monthly reporting.

Maintain a high level of personalized customer service at all times.

Responsible for answering customer queries and complaints and dealing with them effectively.

Ensures that customer's needs are provided for by exercising good customer service at all times while using selling skills to ensure customer traffic is converted to sales.

Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned market / branch / area by effectively selling the company’s products. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts / customers.

Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned to them by the management from time to time.
