Finance Head

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance / accounting
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Preferably with background in manufacturing or food processing industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY :

reporting, maintains internal controls, and supports strategic decision-making. Manages cash flow, inventory, and cost efficiency, especially within a manufacturing setup. Leads the finance team, promotes ethical practices, and acts as a key advisor to senior management on financial planning, investments, and business growth initiatives.
