Join our dynamic team at Xtrategy Finance Group as a VA – Finance Broker Support, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while advancing your career in the financial services industry.

What we are looking for

Working cohesively with finance consultants, numerous lenders and relevant stakeholders
Delivering comprehensive reports, loan processing, client onboarding and business support
Experienced in operating various cloud CRM and other digital finance platforms
Implementing streamline processes and can work flexible hours and adapt to business demand

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Support : CRM management | Post settlement duties | Business Partner Management

Customer Service Support : Loan processing | Collect documents | Resolving issues and concerns

Marketing Support : Managing social media | Creating marketing collateral | Client Retention

Administrative Support : Email management | Prepare audit files and compliance documents

Skills required

Excellent finance broking operation, banking and finance skills (an advantage)

Ability to adapt to constantly changing technologies and business environment

Excellent in resolving critical matters with customers various stakeholders

Ability to stay focused in achieving targets while working independently and remotely

Values, Experience and Education

Proven experience as a virtual assistance in the finance industry or similar role

Provide real life evidence of accomplishments and personal achievements

Bachelor Degree (an advantage) – Accounting or Finance or Business Administration
