The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling Wedded Wonderland’s marketing engine across paid, digital, and lifecycle channels. You’ll work closely with the partnerships, editorial, and creative teams to ensure our campaigns reach the right couples, brands, and communities — and that every initiative drives measurable impact.

This is a hands-on role where strategy meets execution : from running digital campaigns to refining lead funnels, optimising CPLs, and crafting nurturing journeys that turn enquiries into loyal clients, event attendees, and long-term brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation & campaign management

Design, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive qualified leads across couples, wedding suppliers, and lifestyle brands.

Customer journey optimisation

Map and refine the couple / brand journey — from first touchpoint to booking, purchase, or event attendance — ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing, partnerships, and sales.

Lifecycle marketing

Develop high-converting CRM, email, and SMS campaigns to nurture couples, engage audiences, and support repeat collaborations with brands and suppliers.

Performance tracking

Monitor and report on marketing KPIs including CPL, ROI, CAC, and LTV, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and continually optimised.

Content & brand growth

Collaborate with the creative and editorial teams to produce compelling content (social, video, event showcases, partner features) that elevates Wedded Wonderland’s brand presence and influence across the wedding and lifestyle industry.

Cross-team collaboration

Partner with Partnerships, Events, and Editorial to align campaigns with business goals, ensuring every brand activation, event, and launch delivers maximum impact.

About You

3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing, ideally within lifestyle, weddings, fashion, or event industries.

Proven success in managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.

Strong knowledge of customer journeys in lifestyle / event industries and what drives engagement, bookings, or purchases.

Skilled in CRM systems and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar).

Confident in interpreting data, building dashboards, and telling the story behind the numbers.

A balance of creativity and analytical thinking : you can brief a video ad, test audiences, and optimise performance — all in the same week.

Highly proactive, resourceful, and collaborative.
