Schedule : Monday to Friday – Flexible hours (best calling times : 9 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM & 3 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM)

This is an exceptional opportunity to be the welcoming first voice for excited prospects who have discovered premium lighting solutions through social media. You’ll guide potential clients in understanding how architectural lighting can transform their homes or businesses, using a proven system that includes detailed scripts, comprehensive training, and performance-based rewards.
This is a lead qualification role – not high-pressure sales – allowing you to focus on building rapport, understanding client needs, and connecting them with the right solutions. With plans to scale the team and expand into new markets, this position offers strong growth potential in a thriving industry.
Responsibilities
Contact warm leads generated through successful social media campaigns
Use proven scripts to introduce premium lighting solutions to prospects
Assess client needs for residential and commercial architectural lighting projects
Discuss budgets and determine client readiness for installations
Qualify leads and hand them off to in-house closing specialists
Communicate professionally with a wide range of clientele (homeowners, entrepreneurs, business professionals)
Maintain fluent, professional communication in both English and French
Accurately record lead interactions and qualification outcomes in the CRM
Complete a 3-day comprehensive training program and stay engaged in ongoing WhatsApp support
Requirements
Native or near-native fluency in English and French (bilingual proficiency required)
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Ability to follow structured scripts while sounding natural and engaging
Comfortable with outbound calling to warm, interested prospects
Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn CRM tools
Positive, professional attitude and commitment to representing a premium brand
Flexible availability to align with optimized calling windows
Interest in architectural lighting and premium home improvement solutions
