Requirements:
️Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration or relevant field
️Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
️Fluent in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin
️Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel,PowerPoint Presentation)
️Strong quantitative and analytical skills
️Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
️Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Duties:
️Allocation Management
️Coordinate allocation sent by Sales Team with Distributors
️Monitor and report PO status of dealers
️Identify issues with dealers and distributors
️Suggest solutions and provide assistance for faster Sell-in to Dealers Operations Management
️Construction of Memo’s and overseeing of any business related documents
️Alignment of delivery schedules with Internal and External Sales Team
Rebates
️Process monthly rebates on time with no mistakes
️Monitor used, unused and unreleased rebates
️Alignment with Distributors on usage of rebates
