Job descriptionLead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering assessments, and onboarding candidates.Post job advertisements on multiple platforms, including websites (Jobslin, onlinejobs.ph) and social media channels.Conducting initial confirmation details by sending few questions through email or phone call.Facilitate initial interviews (phone, virtual, or face-to-face) and coordinate final interviews with department heads or hiring managers.Ensure the completion and verification of pre-employment requirements, including documents, background checks, and medical examinations.Process job offers and negotiate with candidates.Conduct employee orientation and endorse new hires to respective departments.Handle employment contracts and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.Maintain and update employee records or 201 file and masterlist to ensure accurate HR documentation.Participate in job fairs and recruitment events; coordinate with barangays and LGUs to source qualified applicants.Draft and update job descriptions.Conduct exit interviews for offboarding employees through exit clearance form.Collaborate and assist with Client regarding performance evaluationsDraft and issued COE.Addressing issues, queries, and concerns from applicants and employeesProviding clear application status updates to applicants via email, including if they will proceed to the next stage after initial screening, if their application is still in process, and whether they passed or failed the interview or assessment.
