Job descriptionWelcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes. Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials. Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services. Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles. Holiday pay. Areas of Deployment : Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino
Setup : Onsite
Schedule : Shifting Schedule / Rotational Schedule
Employment Type : Full-time
Product to Sell : E-Cigarettes (Philip Morris)
Salary : PHP 20,000 to PHP 25,000
Qualifications :
- College graduate or at least 2 years in college.
- With a sales or retail sales background.
- Confident and charismatic personality.
- Average English communication skills
- Work experience in customer service is required.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
