Australian Airline Sales - CSR

Job Decription :

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, travel agents, and corporate accounts regarding flight bookings, ticketing, schedules, and fares.

Provide accurate information on airline products, promotions, and services to maximize sales opportunities.

Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, rebooking, refunds, and special requests in accordance with company policies.

Qulifications :

Open to Adapters and Shifters with a minimum of 6 months Sales Experience in any industry

Amenable to work on a shifting schedule and onsite
