Recruitment BD Officer - Remote - 25K + commissions

Job descriptionAcquire new hiring clients Identify and develop new lines of business Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships Increase company clients by researching and creating networking opportunities Negotiate and close business deals Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals Meet with potential clients and present services offered by the company Retain existing clients Work with the team into developing strategies for Business Development
We are looking for a Business Development Officer ASAP. This is a fully remote work that pays up to 25K basic with unlimited commissions based on performance.
The shift is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM and has a fully remote setup
Qualifications :
- Must have experience working as a Business Development Specialist or similar function for at least 2 years
- Working in the Recruitment Industry is a huge plus but not required
- Must be comfortable presenting to clients both face to face and online
- Excellent MS Office skills (Powerpoint, PDF, Word, Excel)
- Well disciplined to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Sales background is ideal
