Key Responsibilities
Support lead generation activities across telemarketing, digital, and on-ground marketing initiatives
Manage online and offline community engagement programs
Assist in internal and external marketing communications
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, webinars, and marketing activations
Develop and implement social media engagement strategies
Coordinate influencer, partner, and grassroots marketing programs
Prepare performance reports and generate marketing insights
Monitor industry trends, marketing tools, and competitor activities to enhance campaign effectiveness
Perform other marketing-related and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field
0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related roles
Strong marketing and administrative skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Creative, innovative, and eager to learn
Willing to work full time onsite
