Responsibilities :
- Administer salary structures, pay adjustments, and compensation policies.
- Manage HMO, insurance, allowances, and company benefits programs.
- Ensure accurate processing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG , and BIR contributions and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors (HMO, insurance, government agencies) for updates and resolutions.
- Support payroll processing by validating compensation data, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain HRIS / employee records related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist with performance bonus calculations and salary review cycles.
- Monitor compliance with the Labor Code and company C&B policies.
- Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and government contributions.
