Responsibilities

• Manage agency KPIs and drive growth in Luzon and the Company as a whole.
• Lead the Agency Transformation Project, focusing on recruitment, activation, productivity and leader development.
• Monitor and report performance against sales targets at all levels.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national market conditions.
• Communicate developments and issues to National Sales Head, Chief Agency Officer and Head Office teams.
• Collaborate with Head‑Office Champions to align initiatives and execution.
• Partner with Agency Business Development to attract and recruit new productive teams.
• Develop strong relationships with Luzon leaders and planners, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Head‑Office support teams to ensure clear communication with the salesforce.
