About the Role :

The Software Engineer (Mid-Level) will directly report to the IT Manager and is responsible for software development, coding, and building scalable, high-quality applications. The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless system integration to support the company’s technological growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop software applications : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java, Python, PHP, and Laravel Framework, including API development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with project managers and the IT Manager to define and implement new features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and debug : Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in the codebase.
• Code review and quality assurance : Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Database management : Design, implement, and maintain databases and data structures (SQL / NoSQL as needed).
• Testing and documentation : Write unit tests and integration tests, ensuring comprehensive technical documentation for the codebase.
• Continuous improvement : Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively suggest process and tool enhancements.
