Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant is preferred. At least 3 years of work experience as a Senior Accountant is required for this role. Experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial close, and reporting. Good analytical, numerical, and presentational skills Good knowledge of US GAAP. Experience in Automated Systems. QuickBooks experience is preferred. Must have strong English written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high work volume / mid-shift environment with excellent time management skills. Background in Restaurant Accounting is an advantage. Experience in an accounting / consulting firm is an advantage. Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a team player. Job Description
Senior Accountant (SLV)
4pm to 1am | Monday to Friday
Following Philippine Holidays
Permanent WFH set up
Responsibilities :
- Facilitates daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Prepares monthly and yearly close across multiple clients on a timely basis.
- Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations, related journal entries like prepayment amortizations, accruals, and inventory tracking.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Accountable for timely, accurate financials for assigned clients.
- Facilitates in review and clean-up of books for new clients.
- Generates reports, ad hoc tasks and works on special projects as needed.
