Job descriptionDesign and develop new appliance products, ensuring functionality, efficiency, Improve and innovate existing appliance models for better performance, energy Create and test prototypes, documenting results and recommending improvements. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams in developing Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy regulations, and industry Monitor competitor products and emerging technologies to maintain industry Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for new designs and product Provide technical support to production and after-sales teams on product-related Participate in continuous improvement projects for manufacturing efficiency and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics At least 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development. Strong background in mechanical / electrical systems, appliance design, and Knowledge of appliance safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certification Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools for Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. With background as an Executive Assistant – bringing skills in project coordination, Ability to conduct product testing, analyze performance data, and recommend design Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordination with cross-functional Project management skills and ability to handle multiple development projects. Creativity and innovation mindset in developing practical, user-friendly, and marketable Find and create new product and solution business opportunities. Present and advertise products and services by visiting customers, consultants, and Recognize the demands of your clients and offer technical solutions that meet those Create and present technical proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients. Help with system design, selection, and estimation in accordance with project Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet or surpass goals. As required, coordinate with the service team and offer post-purchase technical support. Keep abreast on rivals, industry trends, products, and technology. Create project updates, sales reports, and forecasts for management's consideration. Create and preserve a solid rapport with consultants, contractors, and clients, both Participate in industry events, trade exhibits, and training to build networks and improve Carry out additional tasks as directed by the sales manager. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Technical Support roles With knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with customers effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to provide tailored solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets Familiarity with industry regulations, certifications, and safety standards
