Schedule :

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM (with 1-hour break)
  • Client Timezone :   UK / London Time Zone

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing construction consulting business as their first dedicated telemarketing appointment setter. You’ll be pioneering their move from digital marketing into direct outreach, working closely with the business owner on a daily basis to develop and refine their calling strategy. This role offers the unique chance to build something from scratch while focusing exclusively on the lucrative London construction market. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to qualified prospects from provided database targeting London-area construction opportunities
  • Schedule appointments directly into shared calendar system for immediate visibility and coordination
  • Collaborate daily with business owner to optimize calling strategies and share progress updates
  • Develop and refine calling scripts based on market feedback and conversion results
  • Maintain accurate records of all calling activities and prospect interactions
  • Focus exclusively on high-value London market prospects for maximum conversion potential
  • Utilize VoIP phone systems and integrated calendar platforms for seamless operations

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing with demonstrated success rates
  • Background in construction, real estate, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Exceptional English communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Ability to work UK business hours (9am-6pm London time) consistently
  • Comfortable with technology including VoIP systems, shared calendars, and CRM platforms
