JOB RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Handle customer inquiries related to credit cards, loans, banking transactions, and account information.
- Process payments, verify account details, and assist with billing or transaction issues.
- Provide accurate information about financial products and services.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes in customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during all interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
- Meet key performance metrics such as quality scores, customer satisfaction, and handling time.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Deliver professional and courteous service to promote customer trust and satisfaction.
