About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Multimedia Designer to provide creative direction, manage a design team, and deliver high-quality multimedia content across multiple platforms. This leadership role requires expertise in design strategy, branding, and software proficiency, with the ability to inspire creativity and maintain excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of multimedia designers.
- Provide creative direction and strategy for campaigns, pitches, and client presentations.
- Oversee design workflows from concept to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Guide brand identity execution, visual storytelling, and multimedia asset production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
- Review and approve creative outputs to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Stay updated on design, media, and marketing trends, ensuring team knowledge growth.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in multimedia design, with strong hands-on creative expertise.Proven team management and leadership experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator – non-negotiable; After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva – plus).Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, multimedia design, and campaign execution.Experience handling multiple projects for high-profile brands.Skilled in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and collaboration tools (Google Drive, ClickUp).Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and creative industries preferred.Collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback.
