Position : Legal Intake Analyst

Company Industry : Law Firm- Shared Services

Location : Taguig

Salary Offer : Php 25,000-30,000 (Negotiable)

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday

Work Set Up : hybrid setup

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide full support to the Firm, Partners, and offices regarding the New Business Intake (NBI) process.
• Review new client and matter requests submitted through the Firm’s intake system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review engagement or assignment letters for compliance with Firm guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and suggest process improvements.
• Provide support on team projects and special initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or experience in client onboarding, compliance, or a related role

Experience working in a legal or law firm setting.

1-3 years of relevant experience

Able to make effective, accurate decisions, judgement, calls, and reliable recommendations with support from team members and Management, is a plus.

Amenable to start as soon as possible

Amenable to attend interviews.
