Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder

✨Open for Senior High Graduates and College Undergraduates

✨At least 6 months of work

✨Willing to work fully on site at shifting schedule

✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email

✨ Assisting customers with their needs and service inquiries

✨ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients

✨ Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams

✨ Developing and Maintaining high customer satisfactions
