Director - Safety, Quality, & Compliance

Our client is a Part 145 MRO in Philippines that primarily supports line maintenance services for local and regional airlines. They are currently looking for a Director in Safety, Quality and Compliance who will be accountable for ensuring that maintenance operations and engineering support functions consistently meet local and international aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the safety, quality, and compliance strategy aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the Safety and Quality Management Systems (SQMS), ensuring integration with business processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Safety oversight and incident management.
• Ensure conformance with approved Maintenance Control Manuals (MCM), Engineering Manuals, and vendor management standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Training departments to ensure safety and quality standards are embedded in daily practices.
