Job description

Required Experience :

  • Must speak Japanese N3 level or above.
  • Good English and Japanese communication skills
  • Have interest in jewelry, Luxury items such as bags, watches, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, always provides information in an efficient and accurate manner
  • With experience working in a Japanese company

Responsibilities :

  • Product Listing : Create and maintain an online store by uploading jewelry, Luxury bags, etc, information and prices.
  • Order Processing : Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of products.
  • Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries and provide purchase assistance. Communication with customers will be in English, while interactions with the Japanese Manager and instructions from headquarters will be in Japanese.
  • Logistics and Shipping : Manage the logistics and arrange shipments for prompt delivery of products.
