Chief Technology Officer

(Remote –UK / US Time Zones)

We are seeking an experienced CTO to lead the design, development, and evolution of our core technology platforms. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, tech-enabled global environment. The position is remote , with collaboration aligned to UK or US time zones .

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s overall technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead architecture decisions to ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team based in Kuala Lumpur.
• Enhance and evolve the proprietary back-end systems that support global operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to automate and streamline business processes.
• Oversee integration with third-party platforms, APIs, and external tools.
• Design and optimize new data workflows, pipelines, and storage structures.
• Enforce high standards for data governance, compliance, and information security.
• Guide development of multi-platform user interfaces for internal and external use.
