Job descriptionBachelor’s degree holder / College graduate At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, preferably in HMO, insurance, or healthcare industries (open to interested newbies) Proven skills in account management, client relationship building, issue resolution, and retention strategies Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Holds a valid driver’s license and willing to drive when required for client servicing Willing to work on-site
