The Group Finance Director is responsible for managing all financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. This role ensures that the hotel’s financial performance supports overall business goals and complies with company policies and regulatory requirements. He / She acts as a key business partner to the General Manager and department heads, providing financial guidance and analysis to drive profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily financial operations
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Produce accurate financial statements and management reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and local tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements to enhance revenue and cost efficiency.
- Lead and develop the finance team to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent qualification preferred).Minimum of 5–8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or F&B industry.Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and financial reporting standards.Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.High integrity and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
