Job Requirements :

Open for Non Bachelors Degree.

At least 1 year experience in Real estate Sales agent.

Experience in working in a Real Estate is an advantage.

Experience in communication, negotiation, and customer service.

Amendable to report onsite once a week.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities :

Soliciting potential clients, building relationships, and understanding their needs and preferences for properties.

Staying up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Creating property listings, staging open houses, and utilizing online and offline marketing strategies to attract buyers.

Accompanying clients to properties, showcasing features, and highlighting the benefits of potential homes or commercial spaces.
