We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound growth and pipeline operations. You’ll help identify potential customers, manage outreach sequences, and ensure CRM data stays clean and actionable.
This role is ideal for someone organized, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where technology and healthcare meet. If you enjoy research, follow-ups, and keeping sales systems running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Work On
Outbound Campaign Support
Research and build prospect lists of clinics, practitioners, and relevant contactsAssist in creating and sending personalized outbound sequencesManage follow-ups and track engagement through the CRMQualify leads and book introductory meetings for the sales teamCRM & Data Management
Keep CRM data accurate, organized, and up to dateDocument activity logs, touchpoints, and next steps for each leadSupport CRM hygiene and ensure reporting is consistent across campaignsReporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports for leadershipTrack KPIs such as response rates, booked meetings, and conversionsCollaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and outreach performanceWhat You Bring
2–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech)Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Strong research and data-entry accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishOrganized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environmentNice to Have
