Work Address : Taytay, Rizal

Work Set-up : Onsite

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday (7 : 30 am - 6 : 00 pm)

Work Type : Full time

GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Create, coordinate, and execute all Sales Processes

2. Interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide information about

products or Services

3. Actively seeking out new sales product and opportunities, maintaining relationships with

existing customers.

4. Managing the process of coordinating with other departments to fulfill them.

5. Practice the CVM Core always

6. Achieve revenue target month by month under his / her scope.

7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

8. Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat

business.

9. Present sales performance to the team and to management at any given time.

10. Setting and working towards sales targets and objective

11. Continuously learning and improving skills and knowledge

12. Comply with the company's operating procedures and policies.

13. Practice in all training and development programs.

  • Comply with the Company "Code of Discipline", Company standard operating

procedures, and policy.

  • Attend engagement activities, such as but not limited to :
  • Companywide events.
  • Team meetings
  • Team building events
  • Seminars
  • Kick-off ceremony
  • Year-end Party
  • 14. Performs such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his / her superior

    from time to time.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

    1. Production and collection target for the month

  • Ensure achievement of Production and Collection Target
  • Initiate Business and Product Growth and expansion
  • 2. Review

  • Conduct Quarterly Business reviews
  • Review and identify weaknesses in the controls of the operational procedures and
  • recommend possible changes to correct these weaknesses
  • Weekly alignment meeting (level 10).
  • 3. Report / Monitoring

  • ISO compliance
  • SOP Codification
  • Production and Collection Report Update
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in managerial position in sales and marketing department.
  • SOFT SKILLS :

  • Computer Literate
  • Proficient in utilizing MS Office applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
