Job descriptionEarn $3–$5 per active property / month (short & long-term combined) Performance bonuses of up to $25 / month based on : High occupancy Low vacancy time Smart pricing improvements Potential to manage 20–40+ properties over time Commission paid monthly based on active property count and tracked pricing actions Ongoing long-term freelance work for high performers Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and part-time availability 1+ year experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, STR, or market research Strong skills with Excel / Google Sheets , pricing dashboards, and data accuracy Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, PriceLabs, Beyond, or similar is a plus Detail-oriented, analytical thinker who enjoys working with numbers and market trends Communicates well with remote teams and meets deadlines Remote freelance role with flexible working hours Join a fast-growing UK property company with long-term opportunities
The Role :
As a freelance Pricing Analyst, you’ll work directly with our UK property team to :
- Set, monitor, and adjust nightly / monthly rental prices across a portfolio of properties
- Use platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, PriceLabs, and AirDNA to guide pricing decisions
- Research market trends, competitor pricing, and local event data
- Optimize for occupancy rate, revenue per property, and time-on-market
- Recommend price changes based on property performance metrics
- Maintain and update pricing logs in Google Sheets or our internal dashboards
- Provide weekly reports on pricing results and performance
