Job description

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and elevate daily operations with a relentless focus on quality, efficiency, and scalability—Michelin‑grade everything, zero compromises.
  • Own the operational execution of technology and automation initiatives—cut complexity, crush inefficiency.
  • Own and guarantee financial discipline across the organization—accurate books, tight budgets, sharp cost controls. Partner closely with the Procurement Manager but hold execution accountability.
  • Manage legal and compliance rigorously—mitigate risk without slowing down.
  • Own the execution of recruitment and hiring for operational staff and leadership in lockstep with the Founder / COO.
  • Co‑own the trusted‑advisor concierge strategy with the Founder / COO—drive guest loyalty metrics and retention through operational excellence.
  • Build and sustain a frontline culture obsessed with customer service at an elite concierge level.
  • Forge strong alignment between HQ operations and marketing to execute growth plans and product launches flawlessly.
  • Lead quarterly OKR execution—insist on data‑driven reviews, troubleshooting roadblocks, and relentless accountability.
  • Partner closely with the Founder / COO to ensure the strategy becomes reality with high‑velocity execution.
  • Travel to HQ up to 2× per year.
