What You’ll Do :
Looking to be part of a Global and Dynamic Support Team? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Scrum Master to support the management and continuous improvement of our enterprise Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices and fostering a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams can thrive.
You'll report to the Manager, IT Solutions. The Scrum Master will ensure the successful delivery of projects and enhancements related to Microsoft Dynamics, enabling business continuity and high-value results.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Guide and coach the team on Agile / Scrum principles, tailored to the needs of the Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.
- Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,
- Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects and operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
- Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving Microsoft Dynamics-related issues.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that backlogs for Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service are properly groomed and prioritized.
- Facilitate communication between the development team, business stakeholders,
- Mentor team members on agile best practices and empower them to take initiative in managing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Encourage continuous improvement by leveraging retrospective outcomes and fostering a growth mindset specific to enterprise system management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, response times, sprint burndown, and cycle time to measure team performance and system success.
What You Bring to the Role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.Proven proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or JiraExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and agile methodologies applied to CRM systems.What You Can Expect
