As a Global IT Governance and Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our IT governance processes are robust, effective, and aligned with both company policies and regulatory standards. Your primary objective will be to gather, document, and analyze essential compliance information, enabling us to manage risks effectively while optimizing our technology operations. In this collaborative environment, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the IT Governance Manager, you'll engage with various internal stakeholders, including application owners and external partners, to establish clear service agreements and enhance compliance tracking processes. What you´ll do
- Complete GRC (governance risk and controls) templates by gathering and accurately documenting information from vendor reports and other sources
- Review and update compliance documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develops and manages adaptation into Henkel needs and standards
- Aligns with provider and partners capabilities and offerings
- Supports technology strategy development
- Establish and manage annual service agreements with application owners, defining the scope and deliverables for GRC (governance risk and controls) support
- Contribute to the development of process improvements for more efficient documentation and compliance tracking
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant coursesMinimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in IT governance, operations, or related disciplines; Exposure to software development and having programming skills would be an advantageMust have solid understanding of ITIL Foundation practicesExcellent command of both spoken and written English; work effectively with cross-functional teams and high-level stakeholders' management skillsAmenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, MakatiSome perks of joining Henkel
