Procurement Head

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial), or Architecture / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying

Minimum 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchasing, with at least 2–5 years in a managerial or head role

Proven experience in strategic sourcing, credit line applications, vendor negotiations, and contract management

Strong background in local and international supplier sourcing and importation processes

Financial Knowledge when it comes to Credit Line Application Management (Bank and Supplier Financing),

Basic Taxation / BIR Compliance knowledge related to procurement
