Job Description :
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for coding & marking printers (CIJ, TIJ, Laser Coders, TTO, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, packaging companies, and industrial clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase printer capabilities and benefits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and customer engagement.
Technical Consultation & Support
Understand customer needs and recommend the best printer solutions based on their industry and production setup.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring seamless integration of printers into customer operations.
Troubleshoot minor printer issues and coordinate with service technicians for more complex problems.
Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit logs.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and technical inquiries.
Minimum Requirements :
At least 3 years B2B Sales experience
Preferably with experience in technical sales, but not required
Strong passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Willing to do field work.
Comfortable speaking with people across all levels — from frontline staff to decision-makers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage confidently with clients, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
