Job Description

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial risk management.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive leadership team.
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital for financial stability.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Extensive financial management experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to drive financial efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational improvements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and accounting standards.
