Live Moderator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Support setup and preparation before live sessions (product arrangement, tagging, etc.).

Perform post-live reporting, including sales summary and viewer engagement data.

Gather customer feedback and report common concerns or requests to the marketing or sales team.

Assist the live seller during live sessions by monitoring and managing comments in real-time

Record and track customer orders accurately during live streams.

Will substitute a live seller if needed.

Coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams for product availability and order fulfillment.

REQUIREMENTS

Senior High School graduate or College level (any field).

Experience in online selling, customer service, or social media moderation is a requirement.

Familiar with live-selling platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Knowledgeable in using Open Broadcasting Software (OBS).

Fast typing skills and keen attention to detail.

Good communication and multitasking abilities.

Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Quezon City.
