Manage and lead the Accounting team, cooperate with Japanese expat and Section Head to perform activities such as, but not limited to :
・Prepare and review the financial statement and other reports
・Manage and oversee payroll preparation
・Comply with BIR remittances, PEZA reports, including filing
・Prepare and record Journal entries to the accounting system
・Ensure to review and sign the check voucher before proceeding to payment
・Review all PO and other purchasing documents, including Cost analysis
・Prepare Financial Statement Analysis and ensure accurate reporting
・Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
・Oversee the Property, Plant, and Equipment
・Manage Bank reconciliation and monitor Petty cash replenishment
・Reconciling of all discrepancies
・Assist in the allocation of work to staff, workflow processes, and improve staff with their work as needed
※Experience in dealing with accounting firms and the BIR is strongly preferred.
