Interview Coaching Instructor (Part Time)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Interview Coaching Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional communication, human resources, or corporate training and will be passionate about helping individuals succeed in their job search journey. This role involves conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions to prepare students for interviews, improve their presentation skills, and strengthen their confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct interview coaching sessions for students and professionals, focusing on behavioral, technical, and situational interview techniques.

Assess each student’s communication style, strengths, and improvement areas to provide tailored feedback.

Develop and implement customized interview strategies to enhance student performance and confidence.

Provide guidance on resume storytelling, professional demeanor, and effective self-introduction techniques.

Facilitate mock interviews and provide actionable feedback on performance.

Collaborate with the MentorX coaching team to continuously improve training materials and methods.

Stay updated with hiring trends, interview formats, and employer expectations across industries.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.

Background in training, human resources, or corporate management is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to guide students or professionals on interview preparation, behavioral questions, and communication strategy.

Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams is a plus.
