JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and / or outbound customer service calls
• Provide accurate, professional, and friendly customer support
• Follow account guidelines and call flows (training provided)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior High School Graduate
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) accepted
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• No call center experience required
• Applicants with customer-facing experience are also welcome
• Retail (SM, Robinsons, Gaisano, Watsons)
• Food service (Jollibee, McDonald’s, Starbucks)
• Hotels, sales, service crew roles
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
