• Job Responsibilities :
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents, focusing on closing techniques, objection handling, and script compliance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to prioritize coaching efforts aligned with business goals.
• Ensure agents follow approved scripts, legal disclosures, and maintain quality standards.
• Review and analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Qualifications :
• At least 1 year of experience in coaching or leading a sales team, preferably within a call center setting.
• Experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas for various products.
• Strong skills in handling objections effectively.
• Ability to negotiate confidently.
• Familiarity with Sales CRM tools, QA tools, and Excel dashboards.
