Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Source potential clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.
  • Conduct preliminary background and credit checks.
  • Manage service delivery, oversee loan processing to release, track payments, and

promote renewals.

  • Design and implement market value propositions and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-sell related financial products (Asenso & Insuretayo).
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and industry associations.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations.
  • Develop tracking systems to gather and analyze market data.
  • Recommend and assist in implementing marketing strategies and targets.
  • Coordinate with Operations department for background investigations.
  • Prepare legal and loan documents (undertakings, mortgage contracts).
  • Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.
  • Prepare and comply with required reports (Activity Reports, Monthly Work

    • Programs, Work Program Accomplishments) and suggest policies to meet client

    needs.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience, ideally in a financial or related industry.
  • Established network or client base is a plus.
