2. Proven experience as Business Manager or relevant role

3. Organizational and leadership skills

4. Experience in conducting feasibility studies

5. Can work with minimal supervision

6. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

7. Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques

8. Ability to analyze company procedures to make improvements

9. Real estate experience is a must

Responsibilities :

Advertise available properties through online and offline channels

Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property tours

Conduct property showings for prospective tenants

Screen applicants and verify background and credit information

Prepare and execute lease agreements

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and leases

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy

Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain communication

Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and leasing regulations

Assist with rent collection and lease renewals

Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
