We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Customer Support for Logistics Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our logistics clients, ensuring their needs are met and their queries are resolved efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to logistics services

Providing accurate and timely information to customers

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service

What we're looking for

Completed atleast 1 SEM OR 1 TRISEM in College

With 6 months work experience but not BPO or 6 months customer service in BPO industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide professional and empathetic customer service

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns

Familiarity with logistics processes and procedures

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Fluent in English, both written and verbal
