Business and Systems Analyst (Supervisor)

Job Title : Business and Systems Analyst Supervisor

Reports To : IT Solutions Delivery Manager (to be hired)

Direct Reports : Initially individual contributor, with the goal of managing a team in the future

Reason for Opening : New role created for business expansion

Work Arrangement :

Location : Full Return-to-Office (RTO)

Schedule : 5 days per week

Working Hours :

Monday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Tuesday–Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Compressed schedule)

Hiring Timeline : Q4 2025

Compensation : Php 50,000 – 80,000 per month × 13 months

Benefits :

HMO coverage upon regularization

15 annual leave credits (up to 20, earning 1 additional credit per year); 5 unused credits convertible to cash

Recruitment Process :

ARC Interview and Technical Assessment

HR Interview (Google Meet, 30–60 mins)

Final Interview (Face-to-Face or Virtual, 30–60 mins)

FMCG

Logistics

Warehousing and Distribution

Qualifications :

2–3 years of solid experience in business and systems analysis

End-to-end experience in business process and system modeling

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (cross-functional collaboration)

Experience with ERP systems (supply chain or accounting); NetSuite experience is an advantage

Proficient in documentation and process mapping

Leadership potential; ideally 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
