• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to work onsite in Angono, Rizal
• Amenable to shifting schedules (Night Shift)
• No BPO experience required – Newbies welcome!

Responsibilities :

Answer customer calls and inquiries

Handle online chats in a timely and professional manner

Respond to customer emails accurately and promptly

Document and report customer concerns for process improvement

Provide excellent service while maintaining professionalism
