Job description

Qualifications : Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related fields.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in project management IT-related projects.
  • Experience in a software development environment is a plus.

    • Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors)

  • Strong knowledge of project planning and workflow documentation.
  • Familiarity in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Understanding of software development processes and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Proficiency in Azure Dev-Ops.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management.
  • Familiarity in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proficient in writing technical documents (e.g., BRS, process flow diagrams, training plans).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent in Conflict resolution and decision making.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate technical concept into business terms for client.

    • Others : (Professional License, Certification, Training, etc.)

  • Certifications in Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, Agile or Scrum Certifications are a plus.
