KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Conducts compliance checking based on requirements specified by the account or the management team.
2. Issuance compliance reports and service failures to the account as well as the management team on a daily, monthly and ad hoc basis.
3. Generates call volume, traffic and other reports.
4. Analyses templates based on requirements specified by the account or the management team.
5. Responsible for hand-off new report / data source as necessary.
6. Responsible for accessing call quality performance of each campaign within given set of measurements
