Position : Mandarin Service Desk (Blended U.S Account)

Work Location : Pasay City

Work Schedule : Shifting Schedule

Salary : Php 90,000-Php 95,000

Work Set Up : On-site during probationary, Hybrid upon regularization

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

  • Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write / type in Mandarin and English.

  • Having experience in a Technical Help Desk is a big advantage.
  • Having experience in Customer Services.
  • Knowledgeable in supporting the following hardware and software : PC, Macintosh, iPhone, Printers, MS-Outlook, Windows 7, 10 OS, MS-Office 2013 and 2016 (Office 365).
  • RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION :

  • Mandarin Service Desk is responsible for providing phone support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users.
  • Investigate and resolve user questions and technical issues.
  • Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel.
  • Prioritize and escalate issues following company procedures.
